Delivery, Shipping and Payment Information
Last updated: [23-04-26]
This page explains our delivery, shipping, and payment information for orders placed through www.itzybitzyworkshop.com.
1. Shipping and handling costs
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout.
The total cost of delivery will depend on the delivery destination, the order placed, and the shipping method available at the time of checkout.
2. Payment methods
We accept secure online payment through the payment options shown at checkout.
We may also accept cheques, postal orders, or money orders, provided they can be drawn through a UK bank and are payable in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom and do not wish to use secure online payment, you may need to obtain an international money order from your bank or post office.
Orders paid by cheque, postal order, or money order will not be processed until payment has cleared.
3. Dispatch times
At Itzy Bitzy Workshop, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: usually within 7 working days, and no later than 10 working days where items are in stock;
- Europe: usually within 12 to 15 working days;
- Rest of the world: usually within 14 to 21 working days.
These times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, stock availability, handmade production time, postal delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
4. Handmade and commissioned items
Some items may be handmade, custom-made, or made to order.
Where an item requires additional production time, we will aim to let you know as soon as possible.
Commissioned or custom-made items may take longer than standard stock items.
5. Shipping confirmation
You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
Where a tracking number is available, this will be provided by email.
If there is a delay with your order, we will aim to contact you by email or telephone.
6. Recorded and signed-for delivery
Orders may be sent using recorded, tracked, or signed-for delivery.
A signature may be required on receipt.
This may apply to UK, European, and international orders.
7. Delivery delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, adverse weather, public holidays, seasonal delays, strikes, or events outside our reasonable control.
During busy periods, including holiday seasons, delivery may take longer than usual.
8. Risk after dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the postal service or courier.
However, if you experience a problem with delivery, please contact us and we will do what we reasonably can to assist.
9. Problems with your order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or through our Contact Us page.
Please include your order number, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
If we believe a genuine mistake has been made, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
10. Returns
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, using the original packaging where possible.
Items should be returned carefully packaged so that they can be inspected and, where appropriate, offered for sale again.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, postage, shipping, and packaging costs may not be refunded.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a customer.
